A Customer Support focuses on growing the company’s client base, improving relationships, and driving revenue through strategic outreach, negotiations, and partnerships.
Here are core responsibilities of the position:
1 – Client Relationship Building
Establish and Nurture Client Relationships: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
2 – Customer Engagement: Regularly follow up with potential and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and continued business engagement.
3 – Closing Sales and Deals: Drive the final stages of the sales cycle by guiding prospects through the decision-making process and closing the deal.
4 – Proposal and Contract Creation: Assist in creating proposals, quotes, and contracts based on customer needs and company offerings.
5 – Competitive Analysis: Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify potential gaps and areas for business growth.
6 – Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales pipeline, customer feedback, and revenue projections to senior management.
7 – Account Management: Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing ongoing support to ensure client satisfaction.
